I don't think it will be a world war they unleash. They want to maintain infrastructure as it is getting unbelievably expensive and time is of the essence. The coming glacial period that will kill most people, is quickly approaching. The Fukishima disaster that was swept under the rug has assured that the northern hemisphere is screwed.
