The meter was defined until 1960 as 1/10,000,000 of the distance from the north pole to the equator (it's based on the speed of light today but that doesn't change the length of a meter).
Unless you postulate that a meter is not a meter any more, the diameter of the flat earth is 40,000 km.

Applying the rule of three for a 30 cm flat disk:

4 km to 40,000 km = X to 30 cm
Calculate X and post the value here.
