you take two water wells at the same exact time of day in two different locations miles away.
when you look down the well with the sun directly overhead, the sun light travels straight down the shaft creating zero shadow.
then at the same exact time look down the other well miles away you notice the shadow is slightly off and and to the side.
you then take a measurement and calculate the distances and angles of the shadow you get the measurement for the "WHOLE Circumference" of the earth "AS A BALL" explain just this, maybe you can use some of that green to help you science.
