That's a great question. It might or might not. I would still take the precaution of wearing a Sterling Silver necklace at all times. Cause you can still be bitten and cursed with Vampirism. If you're wearing a Sterling Silver necklace, and you get bitten by a Vampire, you will not be cursed with Vampirism.
