It helps that the Eagles are on tour this summer, and helping out the tour is Glenn Frey's 26 year old son Declan Frey and Vince Gill who has sounds as if he was an original the of the group.
It was a fantastic show, second best of the 9 show that I've seen. I hate to say it but Taylor Swift's show, not the songs but the performance was the best.
I have young kids, so don't kill me on this post.

I would normally spend my money on seeing baseball but the Pirates didn't invest in their team, so I spend my money on very cheap seats to see live shows.

Im sure was amazing. Concerts are really fun.

The only problem I have with it, is these bands tour with an act.

Meaning they play the same songs every show the same way with the same lights.

It makes money, but makes it impossible to see them in other cities without seeing the exact same act.

Thats what made MJ so awesome. Always a different concert.

Concerts were so different back in the day...wild west where anything goes and of course back then the musicians actually had to play, had to be "on" and...here's the kicker...they COULD be ON because they were still young and full of natural talent.

Now it's a soul-less machine. Most concerts look and sound like the Robots at Chuck E Cheese and the acts you really want to see are 64-71 years old and can't do it anymore, but we all have to pretend they're killing it while we give them hundreds of dollars.

Fuck all that.

Most people dont even know who they are.

They are a Rock n Roll Quartet that specializes in funk, tension n release, and improvisation.

They are most well known for playing unpredictable shows.

Last year they played 13 shows at Madison Square Garden in 18 days.

And not one song was repeated

I'll see anybody once. I appreciate the work that goes into a show and the music behind it.
I'd prefer to see a live stage show versus seeing a movie. Here in Pittsburgh, the CLO offers a summer package where you can get a season package for under 100.00 per seat and they are great shows. Beauty and Beast was the last show I saw two weeks ago.
For high school and Pitt Football games, I always stay during halftime for the band. I love music, never played myself but appreciate the effort these musicians put into it.

Doobie Brothers 'Captain & Me' was better than anything the Eagles ever did.

I've never seen the Doobie Brothers. They are coming to Pittsburgh in November with Steely Dan but tickets range from 95 to 135- way out of my range.
Would be a good show though.

Go to the lot before the show and get a ticket for 50 bucks
