God wishs to use Satan to being us to our knees. Akin to a narcissistic psychopath parent, hiring bullies to rape/beat, falsely accuse, and even murder some of the children, so the children will cling to the abusive parent.

That rock of offense is not material land any where on Earth, it is The Rock/The Cornerstone that holds all together in Him, it is Jesus Christ who is that rock or stone as you call it of offense.
