Freezing money stolen from the Russian people by oligarchs is actually good for Russia. Of course, the intention is not to help Russia.

Does everyone understand why the US keeps sanctioning Russia? Other countries buy Russian gas instead of ours. Other countries buy Russian weapons instead of ours. And all deservedly so.
