Because if a tranny is in fear for his/her life, and you want to fuck them, but are too ugly even for that, the opposition makes it more likely they can be forced to have sex with you. You can blackmail them, for example in one culture, but in the other it might spark a pogrom. Manipulating mob psychology and hatred has its benefits and downsides.
