You could be born in the Kremlin nursery and if your mom or dad is an American citizen at time of birth then the baby is automatically a U.S. citizen. That's the law. Since BOTH of McCain's parents were citizens he is definitely irrefutably 100% a U.S. citizen, like it or not.
