Whites have been pretty much pushed out already, and the Chinese do have that overpopulation problem.
Kick the Chinese subversion firmly out of the USA (put the Manchurian Candidate Obama and his gang in jail etc.) but as for Africa, let them have it.
Salt the fields though. White farmers being kicked out should salt the fields while they still own them.
