I live in Colorado Springs. Norad, so they claim, has relocated to Homeland Security which is also located in Colorado Springs. Although they claim to have moved, I have it on good authority there are still people working in the mountain. I also have an excellent view of Cheyenne Mt. and Norad with my telescope. I live out East closer to HS. I also work at some homes just under Norad in the foothills of Chey.Mt. and have continued to see traffic going to and from Norad.
