"most scientists are theists"? Got a link to prove that statement?

"fully formed in their current state by magic"? Not by magic...but by God / Yahuah and His Son Jesus / Yeshua.

Evolution is nothing more than a theory. There's no proof that the dating of fossils is accurate.

Dinosaur tissue is a major problem for "old earth" and those against the discovery are for the most part just attacking the scientists.

Regardless of the outcome of the original trial, it's clear to see that the theory evolution as a "scientific fact" had it's roots in that trial.

Dodge what topic? Evolution? Sure is odd then that it remains to be taught as fact versus theory.

Evolution is a fact. Life changes over time. The theory of evolution explains how life changes over time, the mechanisms of evolution. Mutation, Natural Selection, Genetic Drift, Gene Flow. These are all observed and reproducible. That is why evolution is considered fact and theory.

Theories in science do not become law or fact, theory in science is as high as it gets. If its a scientific theory, its based on a lot of evidence. Cell theory isn't going anywhere, neither is evolution theory.

The basis for evolution...that ALL life came from primordial soup...is NOT a fact.
 Quoting: TheLordsServant

The primordial soup is not the 'basis of evolution' what ever that means. No one even uses that term anymore, except for Creationists. Today, the RNA world hypothesis is probably the most popular idea about the beginning of life, and not all evolutionary biologists think there was a single common ancestor for all life.

You should stop learning about evolution from Creationists because they have an agenda to misinform you.

Look at how intricate EVERYTHING is.

The solar system, the position of the earth, the size and distance of the sun.

The earth's magnetic field, weather and the rain cycle, the seasons.

DNA

ALL that....happened by chance? 1rof1
 Quoting: TheLordsServant

If the universe was created by an omnipotent, omniscient god, then there is no such thing as chance. Every leaf that falls from a tree was part of his plan. LIkewise, all of nature -including evolution- is part of his plan too.

The position of the solar system has nothing to do with evolution. Evolution describes how lifeforms change. Saying 'the solar system is intricate, therefor lifeforms do not change over time' makes no sense what so ever. Do you understand that?

As far as the scientific community is, Ben Stein's documentary "Expelled: No Intelligence Allowed" is telling, and the denial by the community at large is nothing more than a whitewash of the facts.

Ben Stein's expelled is exactly the kind of dishonest, propaganda that creates misinformed people like you. Most Scientists believe in God. Theists are not being persecuted. Creationism is not accepted by the scientific community because it's not science. It's as simple as that.
