Their bonds are now $100,000. I wonder why the judge reduced their bonds? I think $150,000 wasn't high enough. |

I recall seeing kids smoke cigarettes when I was younger. Like 12 and up...but never weed. I never saw kids do that until I was like in high school lol Drinking alcohol was more like 15 and up. |
