Wasn't there a part in the IPetGoat video where the Eastern US coast got hit by a hurricane shortly before it showed nukes being detonated?

I know that video has been brought up to link with anything but I just found the link to this interesting.

It either that or a tsunami, I can’t remember. Then a nuclear winter I believe.

I'm sure it was a hurricane because people always seem to post it whenever there's a bit of windy doom inbound. Either way, it is odd.
