Quoting: fromthefuture By the end of the day, Democrats were distancing themselves from the idea and Republicans were enjoying a political feast, with many making big lunch orders to show their support for the chain and posting photos on social media. Some were even feeding their dogs: “We have all of our children eating In-N-Out burgers. Even my son’s German shepherd eats In-N-Out,” said state Sen. Jim Nielsen, R-Gerber, whose staff ordered 25 burgers and 50 bags of fries for lunch. [link to www.zerohedge.com (secure)] That’s how children think. Take the ball and go home because they didn’t get their way. Boo boo. |

The thing I am having a hard time wrapping my head around, is that it was the head of the California Democrat Party who called for the boycott, over a legal donation the Republican Party. Why would a person in a position of influence call for the boycott of a private business that did nothing illegal, nothing wrong, they just expressed a different opinion about politics? In other words the Democrat leadership asked for a business to be punished and destroyed because the owners didn't support the Democrats. I mean when you think of it that way it's like the Mafia! Maybe a person in power who calls for a business to be destroyed just because they don't agree on something, maybe that person in leadership should have consequences, because what they are doing isn't right, it's raw abuse of power, it's making honest businesspeople into villians. It really makes the Democrats look bad!!!!!!!!! |
