I have a very big problem with this...because their testing system is skewed and flawed.

Here is a list of the Punishments if you get caught driving High per province...don't forget, their version of driving high is over 2ng/ml. So if I had a big smoke session on the weekend and get pulled over on say...Wed. I had not smoked for 4 days but the "Test" indicates that I'm High...that is complete BULLSHIT!. I see many MANY court cases coming in Canada.

First offense:

– immediate 90-day licence suspension
– immediate 3-day vehicle seizure
– mandatory driving course
– one-year participation in an igntion interlock program
– $1,000 fine

Second offense:

– immediate 90-day licence suspension
– mandatory driving course
– one-year participation in an igntion interlock program
– mandatory 30-day imprisonment

Third offense:

– mandatory driving course
– one-year participation in an igntion interlock program
– mandatory 120-day imprisonment
