Colin Kaepernik is whiter than Obama. He was raised by his white adoptive parents in an upper middle class neighbourhood. This whole anthem kneeling thing is just a sad attempt by him to identify with his 'fellow' black man. He's a clown.

Also, bye bye nike. You'll never see another dime from me for the rest of my life.

I literally have 10 pairs in my closet right now. I buy one to three pairs a year of they're most expensive shoes (air max).

Nike can suck my Flag loving dick. I'll never wear any of they're shit again. Not that it matters, but they can't have my $200-$600 a year ever again.

Come to think of it, I forgot that I buy my kids Nike shoes too.

Both of you are hypocrites.

Bet $1000 you both have houses full of products that have been produced by unethical means.

So Nike sets up a factory in a shit hole country... I don't care. It literally doesn't effect my family. I live in America, and I enjoy the fact that we have a decent standard of living. Our standard of living is obviously going to come at a cost. If that cost is transferred to people outside of my country then so be it. As long as my family is doing well, then I'm happy. It's not my job or responsibility to protect or defend anyone, but my family.

Nike shits on my country's flag. I do care. It's the item I pledgd my allegiance to. It represents me, my family, my ancestors, and the hope for my future generations.

This country wasn't built by whining shit stains like this dick bag. It was stolen in conquest and fought for with the blood sweat and tears of millions. We've earned our place in the world, and I don't give a fuck if any of that offends you.

If you don't like it, then leave.

He does have an afro though. So theres some African DNA somewhere in there. Funny, he may only be 10% black yet thats the race he chooses to identify with.

Red Hen business + town tourism is down since Sanders incident

The Red Hen incident in June prompted thousands of a calls and emails to the tourism office. They’re still coming in. The office received a letter on Thursday from a Georgia family that wrote to say it would never return because of what happened.

I'm in Jamaica! I do give you respect for stating America was stolen. You make a good point I am sure many products in my home may come from unethical means but lets not move goal post... None are known about to the extent of Nike.

Nonetheless your laissez-faire attitude toward child slave labor is disheartening. Im sure if it was your children being sent to a factory to work for pennies you would be leading the march.

Why?

I wouldn't have had children if they were going to face that kind of life. If by chance I did, then of course I would do what ever I could to stop it.

Fact is that as a species, we are greedy and lazy. Profit driven capitalism is what we have now. It would be great if nobody ever suffered, but that's a pipe dream. Since the beginning of time we've fought to survive and to conquer others so that our tribes/people could be enriched. This is the game and we're all slaves to it.

In the end all that matters is that my seed is successful. There's always going to be a cost for this. Under the previous political situation I watched my country's might be eroded by globalist. I watched my fellow Americans lose their jobs and homes. I went 8 years struggling to pay bills without a vacation. The "My family/country first" attitude is one of necessity.

We had child labor problems in America. We fought against them and now we don't have those problems. We fought our fight, why should we fight theirs. It's their God given right to refuse to work. It's their right to protest.

I specifically shop at local businesses vs national/global business. I shop more at the ones that take care of their employees. I buy more products that are made sustainably. Nike shoes have always served my family well. That being said I see that new balance is made here, so I will be more likely to buy them in the future.

For all of our humanitarian efforts in Africa, the idiots are still shitting in their own water Wells and killing each other for nothing. They kill us when we're trying to help. Honestly I'm fed up with the idea of a better world and would just be happy with the idea of a better country.

There is no problem with cops shooting black people in America. They represent only 13% of the population, but commit a majority of the crimes. We do have a problem with oppressive police force for all races, but their not protesting for that.

The BBC are covering this and say he protests violence against "African-Americans".

Aren't other "African-Americans" the overwhelming most likely to be doing the violence and murders? Maybe it is "African-Americans" they should all be protesting.

I guess facts are racist though.

LOL, this is so fucked. I guess Nike wants to take a nosedive in business now too. Kaepernick has repeatedly left money on the table while bitching about collusion. This guy isn't some hero, he's a joke.

"Surely there will be a calm, rational, well reasoned response to this story.

Nike revealed, through ESPN’s Darren Rovell, that it is making Colin Kaepernick the face of its “Just Do It” 30th anniversary ad campaign.

The initial image, announced through Rovell, has a close up of Kaepernick’s face with the caption: “Believe in something. Even if it means sacrificing everything.”"

Nike (economic globalism) vs Trump

That's all this is folks.

Nike will be hurt by tariffs. Cause all their overpriced shit put together by children, earning a penny an hour, just went up in cost to produce.

Phil Knight blames Trump for the tariffs that lose revenue for his shit company.

Phi Knight knows Trump despises the kneeling.

Phil Knight puts poster boy for kneeling in ad campaign; effectively pissing off Trump.

Its just overgrown children having pissing contests.

Nothing to see here.
