My question has always been why the other rich M.E. countries do not offer to take any of these refugees? UAE, Bahrain, SA all have the monies and real estate to house and care for these people in a custom they are used to.

Sending them back to where? They burn their passports as a convenience so when they get caught they have no citizenship.
