"Black Employment" is a relative term. They still mostly suck at giving any sort of good service or having any sort of work ethic on average. Black UNemployment just means either (A) Taco Bell is fully staffed (B) Those same employed blacks will soon be quitting (C) More than three blacks in the country have legitimate employment

I think you're confusing 'losing' with 'winning'.

We need record low for equal across the board for unemployment. The local unemployment office I just went to had about 90% white men being the majority of unemployed in there. The other 10% was "african american" people. No other races. I found this to be odd.

I think we ought to stop saying African-American just like we needn't ever say Polish American.

They are black Americans.
