Lacey Underall User ID: 76792534 United States 09/09/2018 04:06 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I live in the town at the base of the Sacramento Mts. - can't write the name of the town, GLP changes it to something fucked up - and I can see the towers of the observatory from where I live...I look at them everyday...heck, I had a blind date with the man who ran the observatory at the time (about three years ago). It was only one date, he was too uptight for me, and I don't know if he still lives up there. I wouldn't even know how to contact him. Quoting: cosmicgypsy Heh, what I can tell you is that some months ago, early in the morning before the sun was up, I was on my back porch and I watched an HUGE "craft" lower down slowly into the mountains...and when I say "HUGE" I mean so large it likely wasn't anything of ours. If it was something of ours, then we are being lied to big time (although that wouldn't surprise me, either). I just stood there, smoking a cig, watching these lights go far and wide as it just lowered into the mountain range. It wasn't my first "craft" rodeo, but it sure as heck was my biggest. White Sands Missile Range isn't far at all from here, I travel through it for work almost daily, and I - and we - all know that there are underground bases and tunnels throughout all of the Range, this a large part of NM. When I travel past the area where the Missle Range headquarters are the temperature always drops by two to three degrees, and of course the radio doesn't work right, and it's a cell tower dead zone....heh, despite all the cell towers just a few miles away. That's the only reason I could think that there'd be that large of a "craft" in my area, being connected to the Range...and f'n setting down to boot! And now the observatory is in lock down....heh, the things that make one go 'hmmmm, ain't that interesting.' Altap dancerordo Who would make fun of that? (sarcasm) |

I grew up in Cloudcroft and my mom taught in high rolls. Yes, I'm in "Altap dancerordo"...this not the actual name of the town, youse guyses. GLP has some kind of problem with the name of the town, and changes it to that. My son and his girlfriend live up in Cloudcroft. That's where I lived when I first moved here, and was where I had the date with the man who ran the observatory at the time. BTW, he told me he was involved in "special ops" (something like that) while in the Air Force. He also said he had clearances up the wazoo while in the Air Force. I don't know if he was just trying to impress me, but I don't think so. He was very intelligent. But of course someone like him would be in charge of the observatory.... DOOMVIEW User ID: 31569932 United States 09/09/2018 04:28 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | I was born in Altap dancerordo. Live in Las Cruces now. Very odd what is going on at sunspot. I have ridden dirtbikes extensively in the area, and I know there is a "secret" air force radar installation very close by. You can't see it unless you get off the paved road and know where to look. I never knew it was there until I accidently found it while dirt bike riding. Very tucked away. I have been to sunspot and apache point many times, it is a beautiful place to go just for fun. I am very curious to find out what happened. One way might be to call the allsup's in Cloudcroft, and ask the clerk if they know what is going on. Allsup's is the only gas station/ c-store in cloudcroft, and if anyone knows what is up, might be the employee there. 575-682-3072 is the number if anyone wants to try it. I was just thinking at the mention of all that mercury - didn't they find that in some of the pyramids in Mexico - and wa-la - you have them referenced in this "Artwork" ~ hmmm This is some interesting stuff. Liquid Mirror Telescopes use pools of mercury. that could get very messy if not handled properly. If this "incident" was a toxic threat, due to mercury or some other substance,, I think FEMA would be involved rather than the FBI. Schhhhh... bullshit |

Who are the new owners? Its possible the location was being used for something other than space watching especially given its remote location. Yeah.
