But evacuating the place AND being all hush hush about it would imply that it's something that they want to keep secret, yet everybody knows that they want to test lasers to recharge the drones it has been reported on internet, so it doesn't explain why they would be hush hush (and comment that it's for security reasons) when they could have just said yeah we kicked everyone out to test our lasers for drones and no one would have given a fuck.

I don't think it's related coz it doesn't make sense to not comment about it.
