OH SHIT. THE beginning of that end scene shows the coordinates 22.7N AND 18.1W. If you google those coordinates, that where hurricane florence began!!!

Nice find OP- I think with the whole Sandy/Sandy Hook thing, Mega-storm Harvey... and the fact that the ending scene goes straight to Florence after those coordinated are flashed- and it is fact exactly where Florence originated (what the hell else is there off the coast of W.
