if it was a toxic spillage they should literally just come out with it an admit. The public has a right no know. If it was a secret satelite with plutonium fuel on it, if it was mercury, whatever it was they need to just admit it and start cleaning it up!
Other wise i call bullshit on the whole idea that it was a leak of some kind.
