"Publishing" is the legal term. Everyone that has been banned (other than for threats, etc) needs to get together as a "class" and file suit. $1 billion plus is what I would go for.

Agreed. I realize some people are justifiably banned. However, more and more are being black listed / banned for political beliefs. That is a big no no even if they are a private company.

Several attorneys that I have spoken with about it say that a class action is needed. it would drag on forever, but would send a clear message to politicians that this situation needs to be addressed with legislation. Something along the lines of an internet bill of rights with HEAFTY fines if violated

I don't have an account, social media ended for me when Myspace started to suck, lol, and what I said implied walking away from social media and getting your own formats. You can open a blog or forum for free, no need for farcebook and the like.

That's not the point. I haven't used fb in years. It's not that you personally don't like it, it's just the fact that millions do use it and for you to be shut down because you have different ideas than silicon valley is beyond fucked up.
