Aren't there other solar observatories in the world that
haven't been shut down by the powers that be?
Seriously..Am I the only one who thought about that?

They did take down other solar observatories around the world, but as far as I know, this one was the only physical evacuation and closure.
The others were online sites and IMHO they were shut down (DOS'd) to create a plausible deniability only.
That secure team fella mentions a few, if you want to see for yourself. (I dont normally quote any of his stuff, but he is correct). You can corroborate this for yourself.
But I'm sticking to the observatory and surrounds being closed due to activity at Holloman AFB and White Sands.
When they say the post office was also closed, you need to look at the site. Its a small community up there and everything is close together, including shops and the cabins for living.
It used to be USAF controlled at one point, and was used as a vantage point to observe things going on at the AFB's.
Need to stop looking up, and focus on the ground. (IMHO)
