Double Eclipse on SDO
This double eclipse has been doing the rounds and raising a lot of questions. An object crosses the sun in one direction and then a short while later another object crosses the sun in the opposite direction. Some believe that this is what is being covered up by the Sunspot Observatory closure, but I can guarantee it has nothing to do with it.

It's actually the moon both times, as seen from SDO's unique perspective. I've now written a program to automatically read the time stamps on SDO videos and annotate them with the expected position of the sun and moon from SDO's position in orbit. The moon crosses the sun twice in opposite directions due to fortuitous timing of retrograde motion with the timing of the eclipse.

Here's the source code for my program. It automatically reads the time stamps on the 1024x1024 videos from SDO and outputs a new video with overlaid labels. You also need to specify a TLE file containing SDO's orbital elements (you can have other orbits in the file but SDO needs to be the first one).

Quite. For this it was easier to use Tesseract to simply read the date and time stamp off the video frames directly.

If you know for certain this wasn't the reason the observatory was closed, then do you have idea what did??

You are wrong!!! both objects are a different size. One may have been the moon but the other is not.One of the orbs are a hell of a lot bigger which is the first object. The second orb passing the sun is smaller in diameter.

Thank you very much Astro. I always like your Insight, even though you're a doom killer. I still have many friends in different sectors of intelligence. And nobody knows a damn thing about this. A lot of them didn't even know it was on lockdown. I had another friend who does a lot of work with the FBI, who thinks it was not the FBI who showed up. This to me is very intriguing. This is truly a great story to speculate about.

A number of them, check here for details.
Thread: Solar Observatory Evacuated, FBI Involved, Sunspot, NM
In fact I wrote another program to check for possible classified satellite transits of the sun from the observatory. A number of them came up but nothing really stands out to me. I think it's most likely a disgruntled employee making a threat or even sabotage due to downsizing and planned closure of the facility.

More radical explanations might be accidentally observing classified ops between a mobile satellite like the X-37 and another satellite, maybe a foreign satellite. Or maybe they observed a close operation between a pair of Russian satellites, odd behavior has been observed recently between some of them, including the deployment of new satellites from others already in orbit.

Lastly I think it's possible they suspect a spy was funneling info about nearby White Sands or other bases from the high observation point at Sunspot. There was previously some air force research equipment in use there but it was retired already, only thing there from the air force should have been a weather station.

Yes, watch the video, I specifically point out how the program accounts for the angular size of the moon. This changes over time due to changing distance of SDO from the moon. The outline traced by the program is a perfect match for the moon throughout the video. Yes, it's different between the two transits and it's exactly as it should be.

WSO doesn't know what he's talking about, he didn't do any detailed analysis on what the angular size of the moon should have been from the start of the video to the end. I did, my program accounts for the expected angular size of the moon. Please explain why the outline of the moon perfectly matches the size of the object throughout my video if I'm wrong?

It's normal, the reversal of motion is called retrograde motion and it's due to the orbit of SDO. It's easier to understand with the diagram I show in the video.

Re: Double Eclipse on SDO
Anybody see this made-for-tv movie from 1994?

Synopsis: It was about an "attempted" coverup of an alien invasion that took the form of an asteroid striking the earth. It was a fun movie. The relevant part runs from 27:20 to 29:40. The scientist explains that the precision of the asteroid strike was unnatural. Couldn't happen by chance.

A similarly unnatural concurrence of events happened just this past summer. You all saw most of them with your own eyes.

Background: I took two years of engineering-level calculus and a semester of stats back in the 1980's. That was a darn long time ago and I don't remember much of it. Nonetheless, I was always good at math. Real good. Straight A's. Have had a couple of theorems published thru the years, but nothing exceptional. The best I probably ever did was back in 7th grade when I figured out how to trisect an angle using just compass and pencil. It only worked on acute angles, though. Took years to realize that a an obtuse angle is just two or more adjacent acute angles and would have worked for them, too, had I approached it that way. DUH.

Anyway, I worked the numbers as best as I could and the conclusion is inescapable. The simultaneous occurrence of the lunar eclipse, Mars/Earth conjuncture, and all 9 planets within the same small degree of separation was an unnatural event.

Out of curiosity, I put together a snail mail packet of the equations and observations, and sent copies to some well-known mathematicians, astronomers, and clergy.

In response, I've got nothing back but stony silence. I personally know the clergy and it is unusually strange that he won't get back to me on the subject. We've had an open dialogue for many years.

As far as the math goes, work it out yourself. It's easy if you know just a little bit about calculating probabilities. Set your favorite solar system simulator to July 29, 2018 at 19:33 UMT. That was the time of the maximum lunar eclipse at it passed over Jerusalem. You can also find views on YouTube from the Baratek observatory (just outside Jerusalem) at that moment. Notice how perfectly Mars aligns at that moment.

Anyone who checks what SDO should have seen from its orbit would know, which is exactly how I predicted this would happen years ago the first time it happened for SDO, in 2011.
