If Qtards “have an average IQ of 85,” then why would the NSA need to “completely occupy those tards’ minds” with an “ingenious” and “brilliant move?” I don’t see the NSA (or other intelligence agencies) psy-opping Down Syndrome kids with a bunch of cloak and dagger puzzles to keep them busy. In fact, those tactics are usually reserved for opposing intelligence agencies (hint: notice the word “intelligence” here as your clue as to the caliber of players, adversaries, and mechanisms employed). Perhaps you are the tard with “an average IQ of 85” for not recognizing the flaws in you own logic? Nice try! Well, and I was thinking that anything with an IQ of 85 or less were all Lefties anyway, they're tuned into Rachel.
