Asked my doc-premed-buddy on liver cleanses:
His advice to patients is lose weight, drink more water, vaccinate for Hep A or B, and stop drinking ---> Regeneration.
He says most cleanses and products are unproven. Losing weight heals liver, not other way around.
Like other poster says, moderate.
Quoting: King of Karaoke You're doctor is mainstream junk science big pharma trained and clueless...as if "cleanses" are unproven and deadly vaccines are good for you. HILARIOUS.
