I can't smoke too much or really strong pot, it triggers super wicked paranoid schizoid episodes, where I have to basically shut down and sit in a corner to avoid doing anything stupid and just sit there with my own demons howling at me, it's kind of a buzzkill. One or two hits, and I'm fine.

You'd be better off just doing some moderate exercise and eating less processed foods, and the weight should come off slowly and easily.
