Federal Court Blocks Ban on Handgun Signs, Pictures at Gun Shops

In addition to being pathetically liberal, California politicians can't even get their stuff together. Scary black rifles are evil, but they wanted to ban pictures of handguns? It's not that hard, knuckleheads. Choose a single narrative and stick with it.

Congress shall pass no law that even a child could understand. We need a new ammendment what with all the vaccines and brain killing stuff in the food & water.

Shouldn't pass any laws they haven't read either.

And anyone who tries to pass a bill their name or names need to be ammended to it whoever "it" is that are handing out these laws to be passed.

Right there at the top of the bill, so everyone can see.

As a legislator you should be given a three strike rule if you vote for and unconstitutional bill that gets passed and is found by the Supreme Court to be unconstitutional you should have only three strikes on your careers record and after that you should be barred from Both the Senate or the house

Fuck anything's better then nothing. Every day I wake up 50 new laws, existing is gonna be illegal one of these days and there seems to be no end..

I have so many arguments with people "Anti Gun" When I mean argument, I mean, me, have a discussion. But then I mention the word gun & constitution, becomes so heated and almost physical on their part.

Maybe one day this English expat living in Bangkok, could maybe, one day become a legal alien in USA. MAGA.

I can see it clear as day now. Legislative branch was the weak leg on a 3 legged table.

They never remove laws, just make more.

Lifetime (conservative) California resident here. It is tough to be a gun owner in this state. Our legislature is pathologically dedicated to eliminating guns entirely, although they swear that is not their goal. One practically needs to be a lawyer to decipher the hundreds of gun laws and remain legal.

The state hates handguns just as much as 'evil black rifles', hence the roster of 'not unsafe' handguns that are allowed to be sold here. Of course, law enforcement is exempt, so officers can openly carry loaded handguns in public that the state has deemed 'unsafe'. It makes no sense. Any other employer allowing or requiring their employees to use unsafe tools at work would have OSHA down their throats immediately.

Even though some of the laws have been deemed unconstitutional in Federal courts, the state has the decisions tied up in appeals forever. Our only real hope hear is that the Supreme Court takes up a few of these cases and hands the state a well-deserved smackdown.

No citizen is as free as one that lives where the government can't have guns.

As long as the government has guns then the citizens need them too.
