The book Wheat Belly gives a good synopsis on the hybridization of wheat from 6 chromosomes (ancestral heirloom variety) to the present day 24 chromosome wheat which the body can not assimilate and stores as a fat around the waist.... thus so many of the goy masses with the "pooch pouch" hanging down at the gut.... wheat belly
