Unlike the US, the feral folks don't riot and loot here during disasters. Instead, they actually help each other instead of the US FSA (Free Shit Army).

At least you have the Cajun Navy helping with rescue in the Southeast. Those are great people, many active and retired vets with lots of SAR experience (not to mention security).

Edit: FEMA and other NGO's (ie: Red Cross) have notoriously bad records to rescue and recover ops. It's really neighbors helping neighbors that make the biggest difference.
