How did the Taco Bell girl even get hired if she can't speak English?

I'm thinking those two got into arguement because you don't see whats being filmed before, just when she starts speaking Spanish to piss her off. There was this, in the comments: "They cut the line to go to the window instead of driving through the drive-thru." You have to click the icon to see it. If that's the case, and it might well be since that would be so typical, it's no surprise the employees were already annoyed. Refusing to speak English might have been the only thing that employee could think up on the spot to deal with the situation. You have to be careful in Florida: too easy to get a whole place shot up over some stupid argument. The 'author' of that article is clearly a white SJW looking for 'racism' behind every bush.
