Everyone is different. I find that legumes (or other high fiber items) mess me up much more than large quantities of meat. I'm more than OK on meat, but if you aren't (and you really know you aren't, you aren't just assuming you aren't, or squeamish) then go for the beans.

Um he is not a nutritionist nor a biologist so he no expert on this topic. His critics are right. He sounds insane because an all meat diet is not a healthy diet for humans. Humans are not carnivores we are omnivores meaning we derive nutrition from both plants and animals and need both to be of sound mind and body.

There are plants low to the ground in the arctic circle and I am sure some of them might be edible and as for the forests they are teeming with edible plant life if you are not a picky eater.

Go with what your body/mind is telling you. Diet isn't one-size-fits-all.

I never eat cheese. I will eat some meat throughout the week - I don't like cooking meat for myself but an American buffet lunch place here has good beef, chicken and turkey dishes. This week they had thin-sliced beef brisket which was out of this world and I gorged on that a few days, and also had some chicken parmesan with the cheese on top.... and now I STINK!!

I've had more meat and cheese this week than I've had in ages and I smell pretty foul. Today I just had a salad for lunch and steamed vegetables for dinner and a couple shots of wheatgrass. Yowza...

cats do not eat greens, they use them very sparingly as a medicine, often to help them puke up fur balls.

I've tried the carnivore diet and it does not make you constipated. Infact my digestion has never been better. i dont even fart!

Yep we are the oldest and most common blood type. We are the hunter/gather blood type but still we need a certain amount of plant life in our diet. Even our hunter/gather ancestors ate at least berries along with their meat.

Apparently in Peterson land it doesn't exist. English sailors used to suck limes to get their vitamin C to avoid scurvy because their meat and beer diet wasn't cutting it for vitamin C intake. Hence why the English used to be called Limies.
