I am sooooo looking forward to having dinner tonight! I'm going to make some mashed potatoes too. I use at least 1 onion in the water with potatoes then when done...mix it all with a good scoop of butter and sour cream or 2% milk...if I have...I'll grate some cheese to put in it ;) Reminder to self: pick up some fresh bread for the gravy dipping.
