Whats for Dinner tonight Friday Friday??

I'm making oven fried chicken. I'm still trying to figure out a side. I might just end up making frozen fries. I'm feeling kind of lazy. I hate to do that after I put in the effort to coat the chicken, but that's the only thing I have thawed.

YES I call them the hat pasta. So good with a white sauce some chicken and a nice veggie. Like carrots or even artichoke. Yum.

Make some mashed potatoes for your side (follow a previous post)...try baking the chicken and use the grease/drippings to create a nice gravy (I'm assuming you know how to make the gravy). Steamed broccoli goes well with this meal.

Damn, now I'm thinking I'm going to order pizza, too!

I think I'll save the chicken for tomorrow and make some homemade oven fries to go with it.

I really love cheese. Sometimes I make cheesy potato soup with bacon bits and grilled cheeses.

That would be good, but we had mashed potatoes & gravy with pork chops just the other night. Broccoli would be good with the chicken and oven fries tomorrow though. I make wedges out of red potatoes and bake them in some coconut oil. So much better than the frozen crap.

I just keep those on hand for when my granddaughter stays. She's here tonight, and she would appreciate the pizza!!! What can I say... I'm a sucker when it comes to pleasing her.

It's official! When I asked here, her eyes lit up! We are getting Dominos. She loves their Alfredo pasta.

I really like their deep dish pizza with garlic parmesan sauce with philly steak & mushrooms. Sometimes I get their philly steak sandwich but tonight I want that gooey pizza!

That's what we usually eat, meat, potatoes, & a veggie. We eat a lot of soup, too. M husband loves soup. I make vegetable, bean & ham. Last night, I made chicken & dumplings.
