Quoting: Q33 any good food I want during the day. Just not dinner... stopped my nightly reflux issues plus not eating dinner helps your body self repair during the night. I generally do not eat past 3 pm. ah interesting well everyone is diff ! No kidding. There is no way in hell I could go to bed on an empty stomach. Belly growling would keep me up all night. I have to have a bowl of cereal at the minimum. its so true i need to eat before bed a lil something nothing heavy ever
