well it took only a few days for that to pass. VEry infrequently I will awaken hungry.. not often though and I will have a small snack.. It has helped my blood sugar a lot to stop eating at 3.. morning fasting is much much better.

Ieating breakfast.. lunch and dinner is mostly cultural. I don't have to cook for a family either.. so I eat when desire to eat. I got tired of my dinner showing up in my throat/reflux. Our bodies are changing in the new energies coming in and we will also eat less heavy solid food any time of the day.
