Congrats. It's really an amazing transformation when you can pull off a change like this and make it last.

I quit smoking cold turkey for 35 days this year, but found myself in a constantly irritated mood, always Googling for evidence that smoking wasn't as bad for you as people think.

I wound up smoking again after reading about an Italian village where they have the highest percentage of the population over 100 years old. I guess the people over 100 smoke cigarettes, and say Rosemary in their cooking is the secret to long life.

I still would like to quit smoking, but I don't want to be angry all the time and longing for something I can't have every single day. KEEP IT UP as long as you can!!!!
