If you found out that some unsurvivable catastrophe was going to happen at midnight tomorrow night?

What would you do on your last day?

I'd go for a hike with my mom and my wife and our old golden retriever in the morning.

Then I think I'd go fishing with the red dog and spend some time listening to the water and relaxing in nature. I'd think about what a good long run I'd have and all of the things I was able to do and see and enjoy.

I'd get some Ice cream on the way home from the river, and stop off at Mc Donald's and get the red dog a fart burger.


I'd call my brother and tell him he was a good brother, and that I'd look out for him once we got to the other side.

I'd rub my wife's back before bed and comb her hair (because she really likes it.)

I'd be glad that I'd had nearly 50 years of a life of freedom and adventure, survived some really tough times and learned a lot of lessons.

I do not know if I'd be afraid, but I'd be glad I got in one last day to enjoy.
