As @akihheikkinen notes, the markings differ from the first trainload of T-62Ms spotted at Kamensk-Shakhtinsky two weeks ago.

These markings match the train that was moving west in Siberia at the same time.

Russia uses these exercises as an excuse to leave personnel and equipment in strategic areas. Their exercise with Belarus a while back was nothing more than a way to antagonize Poland. They could launch something pretty quick and Ukraine wouldn't see it coming.

Who is right and who is wrong in this conflict, Exlibris? Because US backs one side does not make it right and because Russia backs another side, does not make it wrong. What is your POV?

Up front I must disclose that my wife is Ukrainian and her immediate family still lives there. I have been living this conflict at home ever since it started with the maidan revolution. That being said, I have some unique insight from her family's point of view as well as from my time working there (I actually was there during the Orange Revolution under Yushchenko).

To make life more interesting, part of her family resides in the Crimea, part in the western Ukraine and a few relatives live in Russia. Talk about some heated family discussions...
I hear the conversations when she talks to them and the propaganda machines in both countries are doing their job very well - effectively, people that used to consider themselves as brothers, now are ready to cut each others throats. For what? Is there truly a right and a wrong side? I believe both sides are wrong - both governments that is, and the people of both countries suffer.

So I guess to answer your question I will say this: the evil is with the Ukrainian and Russian governments and the good is with the people that live there - and they just want to be left alone and raise their families in peace and dignity.

I can understand the Ukrainian speakers desire to return to their culture, but I can also understand that most of the people in the east and south are of Russian descent and speak Russian. The Ukrainian language had to be revived since during soviet times they all spoke Russian.
During the period that Obama/Clinton/Kerry/& cookie lady Victoria Nuland worked to overthrow the govt of Victor Yunokovitc, it quickly became apparent that like US puppets, like Julia Tymoshenko that wanted to literally nuke the Russian speakers in the east, the only thing that Kiev cared about was the land that the Russian Speakers were living on. People in donbass saw the handwriting on the wall and quickly formed their own little country, away from Ukraine. At the same time, Putin, not being an idiot, saw that the US was going to take Crimea (the only russian warmwater port founded by Catherine the Great) and he slapped his hand on it before the US would take it over. (Crimea is not "occupied" country, it was voted on and they are now part of Russia again)
I don't think that most Ukrainians would continue to try to genocide the people of donbass, but the US and powers like Monsanto push Kiev to get the land back.

I'm extremely disappointed in Trump for aiding with arms to the Ukrainians. Anything that the US adds to the war in Ukraine, the Russians counter. If Russia had been inclined to "take" Ukraine, they would have done it long ago.
Donbass will NEVER return to Ukraine. Too much water has gone under the bridge now, and Crimea will never return either. Donbass is fighting for survival and Ukraine is fighting for land. Kiev doesn't give a shit about the people that have lived there their entire lives, because they speak Russian. I just want it to stop.
Donbass has never attacked outside of their boundaries, yet Kiev keeps "punishing" them. I think they just need to establish boundaries and stop fighting.

It's easy to pass judgement on what happened in the past from behind a computer screen. The fact is - I was not there when the shit hit the fan in Kiev during the Maidan. My wife and I watched it unfold in awe and saw the US presence there - I even said on record that it's insane US got involved and that Putin will make his move right after the Winter Games in Sochi - which he did right on cue.

In my opinion, it was a grave mistake by the Ukrainian oligarchs, the Ukrainian ruling class, to run off Yanukovich. As corrupt as he was, Yanukovich knew very well that the key to survival for Ukraine was to be a neutral buffer between the EU and the Russian Federation. But, money talks and bullshit walks as they say - the promises of "money" and "power" from the US were stronger than what Russians offered. The old adage is true: if you don't know the cause of a thing just follow the money and all will be made clear.

NUMBER 1: Poroshenko wants to amend the constitution by removing a clause allowing the Russian Fleet to be stationed in Crimea. "After we retake Crimea, the Russian base will no longer be stationed in Sevastopol!" he exclaimed.

Hot air. Ukraine just doesn't have the military capability to do this.

NUMBER 2: Poroshenko wants to rapidly rebuild the defenses on the coast of the Azov Sea in order to be better prepared for any further Russian hostile acts.

NUMBER 3: Poroshenko ordered the Ukrainian Arms Industry to launch the production high-precision armaments which will be forwarded to artillery systems, armored vehicles and other hardware.
