Things have been a bit moody

I'm very tense. Not even consolable at this point.

Sugar and coffee.

Yeah the energy is horrible this week.

The caffeine in the coffee itself can do weird shit to your adrenals and nervous system. Coffee (or caffeine in general) is good for some, not good for others.

Consider your climate OP, I notice people are shitty where I live whenever the allergens are high. It was super dry here and then suddenly we got a bunch of rain and that shot the molds up and made everyone shitty.

Hmm... Just bought some fresh fish and cottage cheese. I'm going to eat this weekend, then totally cleanse with a fast (going to try) on Monday. I think you're right.
