LOL, the menopause thing is a bitch in itself. The hormonal changes affect the mind, body and soul. But with those, at least for me, came a somewhat spiritual awakening of sorts, to where I just stop putting up with the meaningless drama and bullshit brought on by others. And, yes, in certain circles of people in my life, that gave way to a culling of what I had perceived as good relationships.

I am going through a huge transitional period at the moment and your advice is spot on. I’m learning to let go of things that no longer serve me no matter how bad it hurts. Lil Miss, Arabella, Others spot on. We are going through the transition. We've been feeling it coming for a long time. This is the "Event" foretold where the veil lifts and we along with the planet are ascending to the next level. It doesn't matter what level you've gotten to at this point. All will be raised up and no one will be left behind. No one knows how long it's going to take. Just know we're going to get through it.

It's hard to keep the balance right now like you said Arabella. Every day we wake up and something new has come up. Or something old. Have to work very hard and make difficult choices on what to let go and what to bring with us.
