Feels like Putin is not in charge anymore. The Military took over it seems.
Quoting: dragsd  he certainly has turned into a little wimp. He's certainly a little too friendly with the Chosenites. Putin also comes from the white collar class in Russia and I don't believe he ever served in combat. Every military commander reaches a point where he can no longer tolerate his men being blown out of the sky. maybe a coup soon?
