BREAKING. Rocket fired from Gaza being intercepted over Southern Israel moments ago as sirens sound.

It’s entirely possible a rogue force inside the Gaza Strip fired a rocket off, I can’t automatically point fingers at Hamas here.

IDF reporting the rocket fire as misidentification and says that heavy gunfire activated the sirens and the Iron Dome interceptors Very strange false alarm, heavy gunfire caused the interceptors to fire however the interceptors were quite far away from the border

Excuse another video about this Khashoggi disappearance, I realise this is a military news thread, so it might be a little off topic, but check out this interview, from the 2:21 mark especially. This guy says something that is quite a revelation, and even the interviewer was surprised. He says that Khashoggi's murder was filmed on his Apple watch and 'beamed' to an iPhone on the outside of the consulate, and that people have been shown this video by the Turkish police . .

Here's a tweet from Ali Al Ahmed's account (he is the founder of the Gulf Institute, who is being interviewed in the video)

Turkish TV editor says he watched the murder video of #JamaKhashoggi that was most likely taken by his Apple watch. It was shown to Turkish editors bu police & @RT_Erdogan will speak in few days & video will air then.

Though in response to that post, someone has commented that the Apple watch can't record videos. So . . .I'm looking into this. I've never even seen an Apple watch, so don't know about what they're capable of.

Yeah, I mentioned that is my last post. I saw someone say the same thing in response to Ali Al Ahmed's tweet. Unless it was filmed some other way - that's if such a video really does exist - if it does, I'd think we'd hear about it pretty quickly, especially if its in the hands of the Director of Turkish/Arabic TV. Unless I heard incorrectly, in the interview Ahmed says the recording was sent to him, and he'd send it to the interviewer, if he wants.

deep state FBI had to take him out because he was revealing too much. it's said the assassin who killed him left this note on Khashoggi's desk after putting two bullets to the back of his head and then shoved an Apple iPhone X up his ass as a message to other snitches. Crazy times we live in! All this news is just so unreal! almost like it was scripted, but I KNOW it's real!!!!! Also I think the apple iPhone X is now available at your local apple store.. drink your apple X'tine..

Who said that my party was all over
Huh huh I'm in pretty good shape
The best years of my life are like a supernova
Huh huh perpetual craze I said that
Everybody drank my wine - you get my drift
And then we took a holiday on Khashoggi's ship, well
We really had a good good time they was all so sexy
We was bad we was blitzed
All in all it was a pretty good trip
This big bad sucker with a fist as big as your head
Wanted to get me I said go away
I said kiss my ass honey
He pulled out a gun wanted to arrest me
I said uh uh uh babe
Now listen no-one stops my party
No-one stops my party
No-one no-one no-one stops my party
Just like I said
We were phased we was pissed
Just having a total eclipse
That's good
This one's on me so let us do it just right
This here one party don't get started 'till midnight
Everybody party to the left - party to the right
Do it all night alright alright
Should I lay my hands on you all right
Left, right
Left right no-one stops my

The F-35 is a flying elephant. Why a flying elephant? Well, it is big, grey, and lumbering (that is, it is slow, its actually one of the slowest fighter jets). To back this characterization of the F-35, I advance the follow evidence:

Recently the Russian IL-20 plane was shot down, by a S-200 missile battery in Syria, all because the F-16s that were ghosting the IL-20 where trying to hide behind the IL-20's radar signature. Why? Not, "why where these Israeli F-16s ghosting the IL-20s" but rather, "why were these F-16s there in the first place?" If the F-35 is superior in stealth to a very dated F-16, why use the F-16? The weapons systems on the F-35 are just as capable (if not more) to hit ground targets in Syria, in fact the F-35 is designed specifically to do just that! So lets now get to some facts.

This Flying Elephant has been detected on more than one occassion on radar through out the Middle East. In fact Beirut air traffic control detect F-35s on a regular basis, and military organizations around the world are starting to question the true abilities of the F-35. The underlying discussion here is that the F35 is being sighted too many times for it to be intentional. Is the F-35 a flying elephant? Is this why the F-16s were used instead, because of their superior flight agility, it is well know the F-35 is least designed for air combat and missile aversion.

Then comes the curious case of a F-35 being taken out by a flying stork! Yes you have all heard that it was some bird, apparently the great debate is that it was either a duck or stork, or at least it was. If you believe the Israelis it was a stork, Israel says it was storks, and two of them at that! Anyway, the truth it seems is something even more worrisome, that the F-35 is truly a flying elephant, so much so, that it was targeted and hit by of all things a S-200 system.

It appears the evidence is slowly mounting that the F-35 is not just a liability economically and politically but also militarily. Why else would the Americans and the Israelis be so consumed with worry over S-300s. This is why statements are made by Israeli officials saying the F-35 can not be seen by S-300s. This does not look like you don’t have worries about S-300s, it shows you are VERY WORRIED, about S-300s. Of course, what does mean about the real concern that the Americans have about the S-400s, and next year the roll out of the super S-500s (basically anything from the ground to low orbit in space will be tracked and can be hit, even at hypersonic speeds)

Thus, does this explain why Israeli is NOT using F-35s any more on Syria?

So, is the F-35 really a flying elephant?

An investigation into the F-35B crash in South Carolina revealed the cause of the crash to be a technical malfunction in the engine’s fuel tube. The Israeli Air Force halted all F-35I flights until all aircraft are tested.

Got to love the old Pinto. Got to be extra careful when backing up near hard objects or slamming on the brakes with someone tailgating you. LOL!
