Are we saying this guy can't be a supreme court judge based on the fact he grabbed a little tit at a party when he was minor? Is this what we need to tell our high school aged sons, don't even think about grabbing a little tit even if she is drunk and flirtatious, because you will be affected in your profession 40 years later?

Entire law firms have to disqualify themselves as conflicted if they do any business with opposing parties in a lawsuit. The standard in the legal profession is that he cannot be assumed totally impartial just by working for the same law firm.

Of course it's a farce. We've become way too feminized, it's obvious due to the traction #metoo has. And I think this case if properly handled could be the end of #metoo.

#metoo is the ability for well-off white women to harm the career of any man based on sketchy allegations that he did something that was generally OK at the time but is now considered misogynistic. Feminism was rejecting these women due to intersectionality, but they climbed back into feminism with #metoo.
