So basically the 4th person was just wandering around alone downstairs at a 'party' saying...well gosh I wonder why there is loud music upstairs and where everyone is? But I'm just going to keep walking around alone down here like a dork and not go up there to see if the 'party' has moved upstairs since no one is here and that's where the music is coming from... Oh well, shucks! This is boring. But I'll just stand down here and contemplate the meaning of life.

Ummm...so Fords lawyer is calling Keyser a liar? And states that the party was 30 years ago? Ford is 51. That would have made her 21 at the time of the alleged party. Hardly high school age.

No. There were supposedly 5 people in total. Ford was allegedly upstairs with Kavanaugh and Judge, while PJ and Keyser were downstairs.

I'm trying to remain impartial like a juror to the evidence at hand.

So the first witness mentioned here is Judge. He flat out states in one of his books that there was serious drinking and sex or attempts to have sex at these house parties.

This isn't Kavanaugh, but at one of these parties he states a 15 yr old girl asks him if he'd seen Kavanaugh and Judge says in his book, that he's passed out - so this somewhat ties their activities together...for me that kinda kills his sayin he never saw Kavanaugh act that way. These statements need clarifying somewhat.

Next person says he has no 'knowledge' of being at a party such as that is just as vague imo. He should have said I was never at a party 'such as that'.

And to this latest witness, the person in this thread title, she claims to not know Kavanaugh. That doesn't necessarily mean she did not see him at a party that Ford was at. If she didn't or doesn't know him then how could she know for sure if he was at a party that she was at

Would be more honest if you admitted you're a liberal and have either positive or negative biases based on whether a defendant is liberal or not, or whether an accuser is liberal or not.

Look at all the people of the left who for decades have rationalized away the many strong accusations of groping and rape aimed at Bill Clinton. The liberals who also didn't mind Bill's wife treating his accusers as slutty liars.

Well yeah, but I think the desperate fight over this one is about something much bigger to them...

If they can keep Kavanaugh off the court, Trump won't be able to clean house at DOJ/FBI and drain the swamp if Mueller subpoenas him or they make a play that ends up getting contested at SCOTUS.

So there is more riding on this than even most of us at GLP are realizing.

And we need clarification on the exact rules and timing that could possibly prevent Kavanaugh from being seated and/or confirmation that the old Turtle can override it if needed since this is so important.

I think this drama is what ACTUALLY held up the DECLAS...

I'm surprised Ford didn't say in her letter, "After I locked myself in the bathroom, Kavanaugh repeatedly struck the bathroom door with an ax until he had made a hole large enough to poke his head in and maniacally laugh, 'Here's Johnny!'"

LOL Yeah, the locksmith on the grassy knoll discussion nearly derailed this thread.

But I will say to Jake that I actually DID have a deadbolt lock on the outside of my door when I was in my late teens because I wore out the regular flimsy indoor lock over the years when I'd hump my gf like a bunny for 30 seconds 5 times a day, so it eventually broke and the door could easily just be pushed open.

So I went to Walmart to get a doorknob to replace it with and bought a deadbolt lock that required a key to enter from the outside because my stepbro kept sneaking in my room to steal my pornos and stuff back then. haha

But yeah, obviously, even with a deadbolt, it locked people OUT, not IN.

It was funny shit though. I'd come every few months after I'd left for college and my room was just sealed off in the house all that time. LOL No idea why my mom put up with it.

Also, Katz talks about the gathering as unremarkable. I wouldn't exactly call a gathering where my friend ran down the stairs from a room with loud music and two boys and ran out of the house, never to come back, as Ford stated she did.

Sorry OT, but I've been chuckling at Mark Judge's name since we're dealing with Judge Kavanaugh. I was thinking if Mark Judge had become a Judge...
