Bite down on your tongue when they're asking nothing questions, your body goes haywire, and the needle moves and forms your baseline. Don't bite down on your tongue for the serious questions and the needle is sedate and you pass.

Or ask yourself a question in your head that you can answer truthfully yes or no.
