I believe sentencing under 20 yrs in his state is 9 month before coming up for parole.

That made it easier for even more folks to toss him out because of their demand that blacks and other non-whites (and whites too) be libtards. But Cosby was a typical Hollywood liberal for decades. He just had enough sanity and honesty to observe the way that sleazy leftism has screwed up a good part of black culture for the past 40 years, if not longer.

This verdict at this time is bad timing for Kavanaugh. Could sway some senators against him.

In January 2004, Constand went over to Cosby's house in Elkins Park, Pennsylvania, after a night out with friends. Constand stated that Cosby listened to her complaints about stress.

According to Constand, Cosby gave her three blue pills he claimed would help her relax (Cosby would later, in a deposition state that the pills were the over the counter antihistamine, Benadryl;they made her semi-conscious and unable to move.

Then, Cosby allegedly touched her breasts and crotch and put her hand on his penis.

She further claimed that she woke up around 4 a.m. to find her clothing all over the room.

Constand returned to Ontario in April 2004.

However, she continued to have contact with Cosby and took her parents to meet Cosby at an August 2004 show.

Andrea Constand v. William H. Cosby Jr. is a civil suit filed in March 2005 and resolved with an undisclosed cash settlement (including a confidentiality agreement between its two parties) in November 2006.

It was later revealed that the amount paid to Constand was $3.38 million.

The guy is old and blind.. 20 years ago, it would have made more sense to be more strict in punishment..

Norristown, Pennsylvania (CNN)Bill Cosby had potentially faced up to 30 years in prison, but he now faces a maximum of 10 years after prosecutors and defense attorneys agreed to merge the three counts of his conviction into one for sentencing purposes.

Prosecutors asked a judge on Monday to sentence Cosby to five to 10 years in prison for sexually assaulting Andrea Constand, saying he had shown "no remorse" for his actions.
"This is about a person who put himself in a situation of being a mentor, but we know he had other intentions just from the beginning," District Attorney Kevin Steele said. "We know that from the statements he made. What he saw in Andrea the first time he laid eyes on her. What his plan was. To get to the point they were going to get to. And that didn't involve consent."
However, Cosby's defense attorney, Joseph P. Green, asked for a sentence of house arrest, citing Cosby's advanced age and blindness.
"Mr. Cosby is not dangerous," he said. "Eighty-one-year-old blind men who are not self-sufficient are not a danger, unless perhaps to themselves."
