they went after Cosby because he preached self-responsibility to young blacks. if he had preached, 'it's all whiteys fault', there would not have been a trial. they should have gotten to him a whole lot sooner than this to give that kind of a sentence. at 81 years old, he won't last 6 months in some lockdown type prison. home confinement would have been a better choice. [ link to www.foxnews.com] the Judge's intention was to punish the bastard, just short of being of accused of cruel and unusual punishment. Well it was below what he could have gave him so your argument doesn't hold water. Oh and he raped countless women so punishing the bastard is a good thing. well, everyone seems to agree that 3 years will probly finish him off.
